REGISTRATION AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

Registration fees

  • To complete the registration, participants must pay registration fees of $100 for the full workshop and $85 for one week classes. In the case of cancellation, these fees are non-refundable for all options that are more than $200 and refundable at 50% for options that were under $200.

Cancellation and reimbursement policy before the beginning of the workshop

  • In the case of a full cancellation, the participants will be reimbursed workshop fees minus the registration fees.
  • In the case of a partial cancellation, participants will automatically loose their priority to the classes that are full and be placed at the end of the waiting list.
  • Reimbursements for cancellations before the beginning of the workshop will be emitted on April 15th and May 20th 2012 only.

Cancellation and reimbursement policy during the workshop

  • No reimbursement will be possible during the workshop unless in the case of force majeure, of an injury or unforeseen professional schedule conflict. David Pressault Danse may demand written proof before authorising a reimbursement.
  • For complete cancellation or partial cancellation in the case of a force majeure, reimbursement will be emitted for classes that were not attended starting from the moment when a written cancellation has been received by the organisers of the workshop. For reimbursement, the notice must be sent 12 hours before the class.
  • Reimbursement for cancellations during the workshop will be emitted on June 11th 2012.
  • No change of schedule is permitted unless authorised by the event organisers.
  • No classes can be given to another participant.
  • All injuries must be immediately reported to the organisers of the event and participants must complete a report of the event. .
  • Participants know the physical risks of doing the workshop and know their medical history. With this in mind, it is the responsibility of the participant to make choices of classes that respect their physical limits. At all times, participants can decide not to do a certain movement or sequence.
